Is it just me or does Joe Tiller look like he could very well be "That Guy" at a wedding? He looks like the grandpa that you hear stories of about making remarks that old people aren't supposed to make. Is it just me or does Joe Tiller look like he could very well be "That Guy" at a wedding?
